Auto reload

'Cause we prepare for standards, and make it double.

Configs are already reloaded automatically whenever there's some modification on the file, you don't have to do anything extra.

Currently, there's no mechanism to "disable" this feature, nor to manually reload a config (since you cannot disable auto-reload, the config instance is always up-to-date). If you want to be able to disable this feature for some obscure reason, open an Issue telling me your reason, and I'll think about it.
